2. How to make a payment?
Kinster&Girls: You can make the payment via CIMB Bank . Please do keep your receipt or print out your payment for proof of purchase.

3. How can I get my balance if I pay via Cash-Deposit-Machine?
Kinster&Girls: We will transfer the balance back to your bank account or you can request for the balance to be use on your next purchase here at Sincerelybyushawls. We will not approve request to post the balance together with your item(s) ordered due to past mishaps.
4. How long may I reserve an item?
Kinster&Girls: Upon reserving your items, each customer is given 2 days (48 hours) to fulfill the payment transaction. If payment is not completed within the time frame, the order will be null and void automatically.
5. How long will I be getting my order after I have made the payment?
Kinster&Girls: Approximately 2-3 working days. We will inform you if we could not make the postage on time if there is a technical problem.
6. What type of postage will Kinster&Girls be using to ship the order?
Kinster&Girls: Malaysia national courier (POSLAJU)
7. Can I return my purchase?
Kinster&Girls: We ensure the best quality for our customers. We always check every item before posting them out. Please note that color of photo may be vary with the real item. Thus, we do not entertain request for exchange which customer thought the color would be lighter or darker. We will only except exchange if a wrong or damaged item has been post to you.
