5. Payment must be paid within 24 hours confirmation order is made. Orders are canceled otherwise. Please provide proof of your payment to us.

Once payment has been made, kindly keep the receipt for the prove of purchase.

Returns, Exchange and Refund are applicable for garments and bags if:

1. We have made a mistake on an item sent to you; or;

2. An item send to you was faulty or defect in sewing and damaged.

Please drop us an e-mail at kinsterkat@yahoo.com to let us know of the mistake or defect
 within 3 days of receiving the item(s).

For the above scenarios, we will refund the postage charges you have paid to receive the item,

 unless it was sent to you with other items which you will not be returning.

Returns methods are easy! You can return the items to us by Pos Laju. 
 However, the return shipping expenses will be borne by the purchaser.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment as soon as you provide 
us the postage reference number.

*We will not be responsible for any losses occurred during delivery. 
We'll ensure the items is in good condition and quality before posting them.
